Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services and refund requests for projects undertaken by Intentify Digital Media ("Company," "we," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


  1. Cancellation of Services

  • Clients may request to cancel services at any time by providing written notice to Intentify.

  • Cancellation requests must clearly state the reasons for the cancellation and any relevant project details.


  1. Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellation of services after the project has commenced will result in a fee equivalent to the work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.


  1. Non-Refundable Deposits

  • All initial deposits made toward any project are non-refundable. These deposits are used to secure resources and initiate project work.


  1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered if the Client provides a valid and compelling reason for the cancellation within the first seven (7) calendar days of the agreement.

  • The decision to provide a refund is at the sole discretion of Intentify.


  1. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will only cover the portion of the deposit or payment that has not been allocated to completed work or services.

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    Completed or delivered services.

    Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

    Changes in the Client’s business strategy, goals, or financial circumstances.


  1. Notice Period for Cancellation

  • Clients must provide at least ten (10) business days' notice for the cancellation of ongoing services or retainers.


  1. Termination Due to Breach

  • If the agreement is terminated due to a breach of terms by the Client, no refund will be issued for any payments made.


  1. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


  1. Post-Cancellation Obligations

  • Upon cancellation, all work completed up to the date of termination will be delivered to the Client, provided all dues have been cleared.

  • Intentify reserves the right to retain any materials or resources created if outstanding payments are not resolved.

  1. Disputes and Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions before pursuing legal remedies.
