Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Intentify Digital Media ("Company," "we," or "us") and its clients ("Client," "you"). By engaging with Intentify’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Intentify Digital Media provides services including but not limited to branding, content creation, graphic design, UX/UI design, digital marketing, and training solutions. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a mutually agreed-upon proposal or agreement.

2. Project Deliverables

We will deliver the agreed-upon services and outputs as specified in the project agreement. Any changes or additions to the original scope may require a formal change order and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, including fees and schedules, will be defined in the project agreement.

• A 50% deposit is required upfront for all projects unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees and/or service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

• Timely feedback and approvals are necessary to avoid delays in the project timeline.

• Failure to provide necessary inputs within agreed timelines may result in project delays.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all project deliverables will become the property of the Client, excluding any pre-existing intellectual property of Intentify.

• Intentify reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
  6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.

7. Revisions and Approvals

• The project includes a limited number of revisions, as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

• Approval of deliverables must be provided within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.
  
  
  

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination fees may apply for work completed up to the termination date.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  
  
  

9. Liability

Intentify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intentify operates. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.
